The Au-pair agency Aupair World wide is a private employment exchange company.

We organize exchanges of female and male Au-pairs from the whole world to German hostfamilies.The agency Au-pair World-wide is directed by Mr. Ralf Hense, born 10.05.1962. Our experiences with foreign cultures and foreign people are based on longtime business stays in foreign countries.

After having a couple of Au-pairs in our own household, we certainly know how nice - and how hard sometimes, too - living with an unknown person can be.

The idea of founding an Au-pair agency springs from my strong desire to offer young people from other countries the opportunity to get known to German culture and the German language.

We cooperate with other agencys all over the world.

Our office is located in Beerfelden / Odenwald / Hessen. It is about 100 km south of Frankfurt and about 50 km east of Heidelberg
